Force you to stop just past the Collection window

Hi there

We have been experiencing the exact same issue from this specific McDonald's branch Time and Time again, they ALWAYS do this, even if I just order 3x Soft serve Ice Cream Cones... YES! for ice cream also...

What they do is, they take your order at the voice box.. then you make payment at the next window... ok, then instead of stopping at the next window and waiting to collect your order, then immediately tell you the following when you stop at the collection point "Sir, please go forward and stop past the line, we will bring your order to you"... this is ridiculous! they do this EVERY TIME I GO THERE... I now refuse to stop past the line because I have been waiting for my food at times up to 10min!!

I now know why the do this and I would like to bring this to EVERYONE's attention... McDonald's has sensors at all the drive through's and they sense from order to payment to collection how long a customer waits for his food, and by sending the customers just a little bit forward past the line, it tricks the system into thinking that they deliver "EXCELLENT" service as NO CUSTOMERS ARE WAITING for their food!

This is Unacceptable and needs to be RECTIFIED ASAP!!
