McDonalds in Brakpan - dissapointing

Hi there

We have been waiting for a McDonalds to open in Brakpan for years now. When my husband and I saw they were opening a branch in Brakpan we were over the moon. The problem is just that we have been disappointed over and over since the opening.

They almost never have toys for the kids, the one time they made us pay for toys and then only told us that they didn't have stock when we went to the collection window...

It seems like not one visit to the drive through goes by where they don't ask us to stop at the Grill Order parking to wait for them to bring our order. We order a Big Mc, chicken burger and nuggets. Surely they should have the popular orders ready..

they also dont display your order on the screen when you place it so a few times they got the order wrong and blame it on not being able to hear us.

Hope that they will get into things soon!!!
