Chicken or rubbe

I visited "Second Cup Deli" as part of a group, for a bridal shower. My complaint was not raised at the restaurant so as not to upset the group. It was clear that the price of the food goes towards the decor and live music as the food is substandard. Having the chicken with granadilla sauce was a disaster - two pieces of rubber (completely overcooked and dry). If you want to operate a deli, you need to make sure the food is of a certain quality and this was most definitely not good. First impressions are very important and this place will not see me again. I do not want to pay for the bells and whistles (decor and music) if I visit for a tasty meal.
