Refusal to serve patrons due to Discrimination??

At 2am on Wednesday morning the craving had spoken. So my boyfriend walked me to McDonald's. After a certain time (I believe it might be 10pm), McDonald's locks their doors, obviously for safety reasons, and only the drive through can be used. So as per usual, we walked up to the drive through window to place our order. After close to 10 minutes of knocking and waving our arms while watching the staff standing only a few feet away chatting and laughing, one of them finally came up to the window only to tell us that they cannot serve us due to the fact that we are not in a vehicle.

I find it utterly ridiculous that food cannot be served to people on foot?!?
