Twister Chicken strips too dry!!!

I've always been a fan of the Twister meal from KFC, but lately on various occasions I have had bad experience. the strips are too dry, and not juicy. it even hurts my throat when I swallow them. I first thought it was because of the outlet I bought them in, in Witbank. I then went to buy the twister at Sunward park, and at PTA still had the same experience... :(
