Rude and unprofessional staff

Was buying supper for my family, the line was not even long the was no one taking orders, people where waiting in the line for their orders, didn't even know that KFC works as Nandos now, where you buy and wait for the order.

The sales counter lady was rude nd telling me to wait, the was language barrier of which I'm assuming his a foreigner, funny enough she was the only one working while others where standing around gossiping, complaining about how tired they where as it was a hour left till they knock off.

Manager passed by without even asking if we are being served. The lady decided to say thy are closed after I waited for 30 minutes of which is was 18h00 pm.

When I asked why where the doors still open then and closing time is written 7 at the door pathetic service I tell you, didn't even enjoy the food., as it was burnt I tell you.
