Poor delivery service by Branch

The Pick n Pay at Daveyton Mall is being renovated that has been going on for the past few months, which we as customers don't mind, but its really annoying when the renovations affects the service.
I was at Pick n Pay on Saturday the 30 Nov I was there queuing to pay for my groceries for over 2 hours, personally that was the worst experience of my life and will never in the near future go buy my food there, as you have to be prepared to stand there the whole day waiting to spend your money on them, I know it's in the township, maybe we come last in the food chain but last time I checked we have the same money as people in town and we spend as much if not more than people buying in town, so please Pick n Pay can you treat the people of Daveyton Township with some respect and sort out the till problem, get a process in place or get in there and see why people spend so much time queuing to pay for their food!
