Smelly Casino, allowing food on machines

HI Grand west

I hope my Email will be answered and action taken, I will like to make a complaint regarding the unclean conditions of your casino floor,

I was at the casino on Saturday - 13th Jan 2013, and I was shocked at how poor and how bad the conditions have become :

1. the Gambling section has a Stale, unclean, smell.

2. people were allowed to bring food from the take away into the gambling section and eat their means on the Slots machines while playing, I find this totally unacceptable and unhygienic, this should not be allowed at all, how can Grand West casino allow people to eat and use their machines. They stain the machines, leave food pieces on the machines and then the next person has to come and sit and play, I saw a husband and wife place a few paper towels on the machine and place their pizza and eat at the machine.

3. also another issue I found is that guests are allowed to play on a machine and have their feet up on the machine, this effects the person next to them, I'm sure you will not want the person next to you have their bare feet right up near our hands/face.
