Damage to car in drive thru

"On Sunday 12 May 2013 at 12:45 I entered the drive thru at the new KFC in Brackenfell to place an order, there were metal trolleys on the left of the drive thru as it appears that the deliveries entrance is in the drive thru. I proceeded through as there was enough space for my car to get through. Another trolley was brought down the pathway by 2 KFC employees which was pushed against the wall and because the trolley was pushed lengthways it bumped the front left side of my car which has caused damage to my bumper and fender. I got out of the vehicle to look at the damage, confronted the 2 guys, requested to speak to the manager, which the one guy said he was, who did not have any response. The other guy proceeded use the word "" as every second word in his sentence whilst telling me that it was my fault. My wife and kid was also in the car and I do not feel that it is acceptable to be sworn at especially as I was the customer. I would like to know how I go about claiming from KFC for the damage." 2 calls were logged with KFC customer services with ref P6/13/2679 and P7/13/1286. There has been no positive outcome from the logged calls and no further communication either.
