HORRIBLY BURNT TOASTED BREAD!!!

On Saturday 30 Nov my cousin Sister bought a Toasted Tomatoe & Cheese Sandwich with Cuppacino which she had to wait 45minutes for, when she went to enquire about her order realizing that people he had arrived the same time with had left already, only to discover they had not yet started to prepare It, she had to wait another 30min! To her amazement the bread they wrapped for her take away was not just burnt, but was "terribly rock-hard burnt (like charcoal)"!!! She even took a picture of It for her reference, what a DISGUSTING service, or should I rather say pathetic service considering KFC is one of the prominent fast-food outlets around!!! If this is what they call service, then they might as well close down their doors & let other fast foods outlets do what their good at! She lodged a complaint with them on Sat @9h00 and up to now, she has not heard from anyone @KFC! What happened to the 52hrs turnaround time to resolve queries & complaints???
