Disappointing Xmas Lunch

Had our company Xmas lunch at Carnivore Restaurant, Misty Hills Hotel in Muldersdrift - was really looking forward to the experience but was terribly disappointed in not only were the waiters disinterested, lack of enthusiasm in making it a memorable Xmas experience, really slow service from the bar waiters and NEVER ONCE did a manager come past to ask if we were happy with the food or service for that matter - in fact, never saw a manager?? The food was also nothing to write home about. Absolute no Xmas atmosphere and NO THANK YOU from any of the staff for our support! Our company works in close relation to the tourist industry and would certainly not recommend to our customers at all!!
