I dont understand why a such a big company wouldn't have a stand by i have been without electricity since Tuesdays 24/12/2013 and funny enough they told me the cant fix It on a xmas day so i am supposed to be without a basic need on xmas day coz they fail to answer they phones or send some to at least evaluate the problem now all mi xmas food is rotten do they even care about that. It makes me wonder really i had a vod shower today thanks to them i call them again today no one answers what a service they have
