Worst Service I have experienced in a restaurant

You would expect a restaurant like Carnivore to have their act all together when it come to large groups, our whole family got together (21 people, Table 5) for Carnivore's much advertised Christmas Lunch on my recommendation. I have never felt this embarrassed before in my life, even though it had nothing to do with me.
On arrival at 12:00 things started off ok, with our drinks order arriving soon, however from here on it went down hill. 1 hour later after we had to ask the manager the soup arrived, we sat with empty glasses and soup bowls for another hour, again we had to ask the manager to get some action. Once we had the meat plates things started to happen, however about 30 minutes later the meat supply seemed to dry up. Again we had to get the managers intervention for something to happen, and then it appears some of the meat choices were finished. Desert was the same fiasco, my Malva pudding was Cinder Burnt Christmas pudding ice cold. The billing was more dramatic than a fiat 500 filled with clowns. We walked out the restaurant at 15:30

The positive would have been that we could have had conversations during the waiting but the music's loudness made it impossible.
