The worst experience i have ever had. Disgusting

We arrived at the venue around 7:20 and were seated rather quickly to our surprise. the seating however was just terrible and i asked to be moved to a different table seeing as the restaurant was pretty empty at that point. They refused immediately and later moved us with much hesitation, and one of an attitude that made us feel very ready to leave. We waited a further 30 mins before our order was taken and then another 40 mins before we received our starter. The main course arrived at 9:20 and both mine and my friends had to be sent back multiple times (4). Too overcooked then too raw (the meat) plus no presentation. My other friend received her food which looked like it had just been thrown on the plate, much like all of ours did. it was. the waiter told us he couldn't serve us before other tables, but we had been there longer. how is that even remotely my problem. the manager even had the nerve to tell me to be patient when i had been there since 7:20 and it was now 9:50 and i still hadn't gotten my food. i only left at 10:30.Honesty i will never go back there and i rate the service and food 1 out of 10. Incompetent staff with bad attitudes and appalling food for the price.
