Debonairs Pizza
Lying manager who failed to keep to his word

I contacted Debonairs Chatsworth on Tuesday, 27-08-2013 and I placed an order with Yasteel (something to that effect) who by the way was so unprofessional, for a vegetarian and a something meaty pizza which eventually was delivered well after an hour. I then discovered that both pizzas were vegetarian and contacted them. I spoke to Shaun, the 'manager' on duty who lacks managerial skills as he informed me that deliveries are closed and that he cannot do anything until the morning, this bright spark also asked me to bring the pizzas to the store, I asked for a full refund and requested him to have that rubbish picked up the next day. He informed me that Neville will be on duty and its been 11 days and nothing has been done! The level of service is disgusting and reflects poorly on the Debonairs brand and I will encourage relatives and friends NOT to 'tuck in'
