I wrote this message on the Dulce Facebook wall... It was very quickly removed..

On 30 October, my boyfriend and I decided to try the Dulce in KC. We arrived just at around 17h05 and immediately placed an order as we were told that the kitchen closed at 17h15. At 17h30 our food hadn't arrived yet but we didn't think too much of it. We were happy when it arrived and starting tucking in. However, I noticed that they were starting to pack away their banners and stack some of their chairs - getting ready to close the store obviously. Once again, I didn't think too much of it. But then, they started packing away all the tables and chairs around us until we were left at our table in the middle of this big empty floor! We felt so unwelcome and so isolated that we had our half eaten food wrapped up and left. We had paid and left by 17h40. DISGUSTING! If you don't want to serve people at that time, then close your kitchen earlier. I would have felt less offended if you had told us leave! Seriously appalling customer service. Won't be seeing us ever again. Put yourself in our situation... you should be ashamed!
