Frozen chicken

I bought 2 meals, 2 quarter leg portions and 2 drumsticks from nandos goodwood. I did the order telephonically and was told I can collect in 10 or 12 min and my order no was no6. I send my son to collect the chicken and when he got home to my disappointment the 2 drumsticks were still frozen on the inside. I phone to complaint and told them to collect the frozen chicken at my house and replace it with decent cooked chicken and Natasha told me she can't collect and also told me it's impossible that the chicken is still frozen as they don't freeze there chicken which she make me a and told me to bring the chicken back and she will replace it with other chicken I also complain to her my rolls was not with my meals and once again she told me she check herself and the rolls was in the packet. I'm very disappointed in the way Natasha dealt with my complain as she gave me attitude I have been buying from Nandos Goodwood for many years and that is how a loyal customer get treated. Nandos Goodwood won't be seeing me again. Bad service
