Food Always arrives Late and order is incomplete

On several occassions i have ordered from the Nando"s Lakeside Mall. my order always arrives late and 9 times out of 10 the order is incomplete.

on many occassions when calling the store all they say they are busy. no apologu nothing. this is not the first time they have messed up the order.

today is a prime example: I ordered 4 quarter chicken meals including the coldrinks, 8 portugese rolls, jumbo wedges, 1 stripes and rice. what arrives on my door step 45 minutes later: 4 quarter chickens, no rolls no chips, stripes and rice. when i called back to the store i spoke to Zanele and Grace. i got no apology nothing

they just told me the food that was outstanding will be sent.

THE SERVICE IS PATHETIC AND TERRIBLE
