Handling of orders

I always buy the Combo quarter chicken and strips & rice, the first time over, I get a chicken chips & no roll, the send time i get a chicken roll and no chips, the last time i went I ordered strips and rice X-Hot and lemon & herb for my family, all the food came with lemon and herb. I went back to complain and the lady took the strips out the box (The one i returned) putting it back on the grill with her fingers to make it (X-hot) as soon as I saw that, I lost my appetite and requested to see the manager (Who was backing up her staff member when i saw wat happened). I immediately requested a refund and walked out. This is very poor service and unhygienic. I don't think i will ever go back to that branch. everytime i had a problem I always called back to say what they forgot. This last visit has really blown me off ever buying from there again
