Pathetic customer service

I am completely horrified with regards to the level of service I received from Mochachos in Lenasia. It used to be one of the favorite places my husband loved to eat at until our last horrendous experience with them. He ordered the usual, a chicken burger meal and was quite enjoying it only to find halfway through the meal a fly grilled with the bun, we immediately approached the manager on duty in a dignified manner who I would like to say is the most ignorant person I have ever come across as his answer was that there are flies everywhere. Being in such a field one would think he would address the matter in a more effective manner, instead he ignored our request for a refund and said he would replace the meal, as if we would go through the torture of such an experience again. When my husband turned him down he just kept on saying goodbye??? I fail to see how anyone can appoint such a person to represent such a large franchise and not do the basic training of treating customers fairly because the treatment we received was very unfair and moreover disgusting by your manager. We pay for the services rendered to us and you may want to remind Romeo of this!!!
