Pathetic meal

On 9/9/2013 I went to Nandos canal walk for burger meals at the cost of R 53, 50 per meal which turned out to be absoluytely so disappointing. We ordered sit down meals: firstly when we received our meals
the chips were cold, then on proceding to the burger I was dismayed to find a bite size piece of chicken that just about covered the half of the roll, tasted like yesterdays leftover chicken to say the least of the piece of tomatoe. I was very disappointed and expressed this to manager Silo who sincerely apologised and offered to redo my meal. I accepted his apology and accepted a takeaway. To my dismay when I had my meal later in the evening the chicken was undone and I struggled to chew let alone swallow this meal. I fully intended posting a compliment Silo after your apology but your meals turned out to be a huge disappointed. I don't think that I'll ever chose Nandos again!
