Ridiculously disgusting service

I regularly order from the Bedfordview branch as the pickings are pretty slim around the area where I work and thus have to reply on restaurants that deliver to eat each day, at best I have found this branch to be serviceable as it has always just managed to tow the line in terms of getting your order right and delivering in a reasonable timeframe. Today however was very different, I placed my order after 1:30 to avoid the lunchtime rush and only received my meal an hour later, when I went to reception to collect it, they had put the wrong bill on the wrong order and mine was completely wrong, . So obviously I call and explain the issue to the manager there, he says he will fix it and I thank him, but then immediately warn him that I expect a fresh meal, not my old one that has been sitting around for over an hour - I am assured this will not happen. So a while after 3pm I receive my meal and the guy delivering tells the receptionist that he doesn't have the time to wait for me to come check my meal and just leave, I open my food and its ice cold, the burger roll was soggy and the chips were like rubber so I just had to throw the entire meal away, what a waste of R70 - many thanks.
