Good meal turned bad by bad potato wedges

I bought a take-away meal from the Nandos branch in Parktown on Saturday, 26 January 2013, at around 14h50 in the afternoon -- order #105. The meal I ordered was a cheese burger meal, with potato wedges. the burger was delicious, and so were the wedges, until I ate a potato wedge that was rotten. I could immediately taste that it was off, and immediately spat it out. Upon inspection, I saw that a large portion of the potato was discoloured (brown) and was also hard. It also smelled obviously rotten. While I understand that this was not intentional, I feel that it is unacceptable that a customer should have an experience such as this. An extremely disappointing end to an otherwise good meal.
