Doppio Zero Southdowns - Terrible Management

We decided to give Doppio Zero Southdowns a second chance a week ago and once again was shocked at how a restaurant can be so badly managed. We sat quietly in the corner, waiting over an hour for our food, observing the restaurant and it's managers. Apart from the fact that there were two managers floating around on the floor and a hostess, not once did they communicate to any of their customers what was going on and why there was such a delay. The waiters were clearly overwhelmed and running around like headless chickens. The managers were fielding complaints left right and centre, yet they continued to just have people seated as they came in... and let them sit and wait. People started queueing by our table at the waiters station asking to pay. The best was when a lady came in and didn't want to be seated at a particular table and the hostess had to escort her to another table that was a bit more preferable. The hostess then continued to complain about this to one of the managers standing around, and said that the woman should just "f*@% off". Funny thing about that is, she might not have heard you, but we certainly did, and we certainly will.
