Last night went to this KFC, it was pouring with rain. Walked in thinking the carpet at entrance is dry, but it was soaking wet and as soon as i got to the tiled section slipped and fell so badly. The staff thought it's an big joke nobody came out to help. The manager Bridget at first did not want to come out. After i said i want to sue them they quickly grab a yellow board saying watch out wet floor and pushed it to the front of the shop. As i got to the counter the cashier Ziziphwe couldn't stop laughing while they were all speaking to each other in Xhosa. When i asked her what she was laughing about, she said nothing at that Bridget appear again and ask what was wrong, Ziziphwe quickly related again to her in Xhosa. so rude and. I just walked out. when i tried to call the owner Lloyd nobody answered, however i left a message and still haven't heard back from him. Since last nights fall i have been feeling constantly dizzy. I will have to go see the physio as well as go for X-rays, just to see exactly how badly my back was injured by this fall in KFC.I shall not support this franchise anymore. I call on everyone to rather start supporting the restaurants in the private secto
