What is going on?

On thursday we went to KFC where we were welcomed very rudely by Grace. We ordered Feta & Avo twisters and Grace responded with 'No Feta'. It took us a few minutes to decide on ordering something else and Grace got irritated with us. This is not the first time that this particular branch has got an item out of stock. None the less, we ordered something else and we told the cashier that Grace was very rude to us and the cashier reponded 'she is having a bad day'. Is this how clients are supposed to be treated if a member of staff is having a bad day? I really am very disappointed. Not only were the staff rude but we could not enjoy the meal of our choice. I trust that management will contact me so that we can reach a suitable resolution.
