Is Cape Grace loosing it's shine?

My wife and I went down to Bascule bar for lunch before a big awards night and on arrival found no bays open. We parked along five vehicles in the centre of the traffic circle as previously instructed ( /- 5 times) by Cape Grace personnel. Cape Grace's service in the past never disappointed but lately found this to be concerning. In the evenings the bar is lately filled with rowdy guests.
The quality of service received added to the frustration lying ahead: sweat biscuits served with cheese board, "sorry the guy preparing the biltong is running around" after biltong arrived as plate was finished, drinks had to be re-ordered "sorry I totally forgot".
We found all the vehicles wheel clamped with one guest screaming at V&A staff. The Cape Grace staff told the V&A member and the Supervisor who arrived 20min later that they do instruct public to park in the centre of the circle but with no success. There are also no signs indicating that this is a no-parking or wheel-clamping zone. I requested the Cape Grace staff to call their manager but with no success. I reported this to the Cape Grace manager who would have taken it up on Monday with the security man. but to date no feedback.
