Service going down the drain faster than the speed

I am really disappointed with the pizza I got as it tastes like it was dropped on the floor with lil things that feel like little stone... guess I should have expected such afer being serviced by someone who made me feel like i called her in her sleep and asked her to buy me the pizza with her money.. perhaps, that's what the brand is about these days since I have to fight with people just to place an order with them...
