Follow-up service

I went to Epsom Downs Pick n Pay to do grocery shopping. I asked Grace for something that was uncommon and we went off looking for it. We looked for about 5min but could not find it and I thanked her as I knew it was an unusual object and went to the checkout. About 3min later when I was busy ringing up my groceries Grace returned with the objects in hand. she had gone out of her way to find it for me. What a pleasure!

If only SA can learn from Grace and the Pick n Pay staff! SERVICE IS EVERYTHING!
