Nurses didn't give me my medication

Im admitted at vista psychiatric clinic this night i went to the nurses to drink my medication nurse gugu mokwape was ticking on my script telling which medication nurse grace mahlatsi must give me then they didn't give me all my medication grace told me that my other pills are finished, gugu is sister in charge i asked her why my pills are finished her cellphone rang then she didn't answer me but she answered her cellphone then grace told me that i must wait because gugu was talking on her cellphone asked grace that what will happen she said i must go on the other side i went then she went into the room then she gave another patient medication i had to wait for gugu then i told them that im not gonna wait for someone who is on the cellfone then i went to my room then after a while grace came she had a pill on her hand she said m i was smiling she rudely said to m i don't have time i wanna go and work i asked where she got the pill because she said is finished and why she didn't give all my pills at the same time then she said she will write on my script that i refused to take my medication then she left i followed her when i got to their station gugu rudely said can we help you
