KFC
No assistance, bad attitude, old food

On Saturday 09 November 2013 we went for food at KFC Irene Mall. Myself and daughter went to the ladies, and since we were the only customers in store at that time, we hoped our food (Family feast) would be ready upon exiting the ladies. To my surprise, my husband was not even attended to by that time, only the people that came in after us. When complaining Ithumeleng gave us a very bad attitude, and tried to give us old chicken without skin, which I of course send back. When asking for the Manager, to my surprise, they did not have one? She took off her name tag so that I could not report her. The chips was old and cold when we got home, unfortunately I did not check that. Joe contacted me the Monday, after lodging a complaint with KFC and apparently took the ledy for a hearing (Still no reply on the outcome). When requesting some compensation for the old food and bad service, I was offered a streetwise 2 and colddrink, for a family of 4? This is not acceptable service, I regret to say, KFC will never see us again.
