Bad Custmer Service

On the 24 Aug 2013 me and my family went to Wimpy Irene Mall, we ordered food the drinks came first then we had to wait 45mins for food that was cold no apology no waiter came to check and see if we needed more drinks since the first drinks were long finished, we had to go to the counter without a bill since on one cared enough to check on us, since I dealt with wimpy in my life this is the first time I've received such bad service.
The manager needs to look into this urgently or they will loose customers.
