Bad Customer service

On the 03 January 2013 i went to Maponya Mall Nandos ;i bought a family meal and myself and family we were dissappointed that the food came 25min late without cadlery and when we request it it took another 10min.and the lady who was serving us upstairs was not friendly enough we end up eating cold food.

second incident its yesterday my order number was 25;i was with my family i gain we went upstairs after ordering food;and i have asked the cashier to bring food with cold drinks and she refused;they took another 20min to bring food;after they gave us food we requested glass with ice because our cold drinks were already hot;the waiter went and never returned.

i am really worried about such service because i really enjoy food from Nando's and i have even rcommended to my company for the last 5yrs to supply us;but now i am really dissappointed by such attitude.
