Hi there,
After receiving incorrect orders in number of occasion from the above outlet I decided to let the management know so that they can address the issue cause I won't stop buying their fish - its divine. Yesterday I went there and spoke to the manager/supervisor. Explained to her that I stay in Khayelitsha and not easy driving back for incorrect order. She was so apologetic about the incident in such a humble way and I felt so good that I didn't blacklist the place. All that was needed was for me to open my mouth. She even went an extra mile and gave half ma order for free. With a service like that i'll know next time even if I get an incorrect order that its just pure mistake not ignorance.
