Incorrect Order / Poor Customer Skills

The past three months have been a disaster, proudly sponsored by KFC N1.

The biggest issue we have faced was when I found a 20cm blond hair in one of the burgers. This was returned immediate. We were promised feedback within 7 days. Just over 2 weeks (after calling) was this resolved (gave us 2 burgers).

EVERY single order have been incorrect in some way or another! (past 5 or 6) I have taken each incorrect order up with Daniel, the regional manager. However, this is not the only problem. I get comments such as "complain complain, thats all you do" from so-called "supervisor". All they are supervising is how to up a meal.

Nevertheless, i was then told for future orders, i must get the manager to pack my order. So, that's what I did. What do you know, he got it wrong. After calling Daniel again, one of his statements to me was "now im not saying you are lying, im saying you are very unlucky, but what if I have to ask Wayne". As far as im concerned you are hinting here, which i dont appreciate.

After being spoken to like a monkey by your staff, indirectly accused by the regional and fed human hair. I hope you have a good comeback. I am available Thursday after 1pm for contact
