Correct goods, right custome

B.A.S have been happy with Time Freight's service but yesterday they truly surprised us. Because of a mistake that happened while packaging some orders we had the correct goods going to the incorrect customer. This was a crises because our customer was in despirate need for these spares. Morne working at Time Freight went the extra mile to take initiative and carefully opened the boxes, changed the spares inside and send the correct goods to the customer it was intended for.
