Incorrect order and raw chicken

I ordered 2 quarter chicken meal with extra sause to be delivered. I received only one order with extra sause and both chicken were not properly cooked, it was raw inside. We previously brought the issue of incorrect order to the Management but still the service is poor. We pay a lot of money including a delivery fee to only received the incorrect order and we are tired of this and then to stay hungry until the night. we had to throw the chicken away because we are scared to become sick with the raw chicken. This nandos is really poor with service delivery. The lady that answers the phone seems like she have difficulties to understand the most common language which is english.
