Captain Doregos
Horryfying Experience

We (Family of 5) visited Captain Doregos in Delmas on the following dated 17.11.2013, I have to mention what a horryfying experience I had, firstly the cashier was very rude (Mbali) and impatient with us as we were still browsing the menu and we eventally ordered 5 x Max-Up burger meals, as we headed for the seats and about to dine, the cuttlery sets that we were supplied with were very dirty (dusty) and the refershments we received were not what we ordered from the rude cashier, not supprised she couldnt have remembered what we ordered with an attitude she had, lastly when we 'fetched the food' the burger rolls were very dry (seemed old) the chips were a bit burnet and cold.

I'll never ever, let anyone from my family members dine at any of your branches.
