Poor customer service

On thursday the 28/11 I we got take out by Mcdonalds we bought a spicy cajun burger, mcdouble, cheese burger, chips and a coke round about 10pm. When we got home my husband was very dissapointment how the burger tastes as it is his favourite burger and always order it. When he open it the burger only had tomato sauce on. The next day I called Mcdonalds to inform that about what happenened as it be a mistake done by someone. I talked to the Manager on duty Jenine she had such an bad attitude she did not apologise and told she cannot help me as she was not on duty at the time. I could not believe that a Manager could behave like that as Mcdonalds standards are not close to what she has provided to me, I told her to take my details and give to the manager that was on duty. I am still waiting for them to call me 6 5 days have passed already I cannot believe what is happening Is this how Mcdonalds operate. Stunned
