Poor Service from One Plan YET AGAIN!!!

Once again One Plan has given me terrible service, I have logged a claim over 3 weeks ago and have still got no response. Every time I send an email I get no response. This is the second time I have had this problem and will take my business elsewhere where my business matters. I have truly had it with this organisation.
