Cuppa Cake without ice cream

Today (20/05/2013) at 15:45 I want to buy a Chocolate Cuppa Cake at Mcdonalds Rustenburg.

I where informed that they do not have ice cream and cannot give it to me. I asked them if I cannot get it with cream and they replied that they can give it like that, but I must pay for the cream.

That does not make sense surely the cream replaces the ice cream which they cannot provide.
