I was at the KFC on the beachfront with my family, as it was a sunny day you could imagine the store was incredibly busy, not that this was an issue as i completely understand the high pressure having to deal with impatient and difficult customers so i always try to remain patient in such situations, all i ask for in return is common courtesy when i am being served.
At KFC this was definitely not the case, as we were trying to place our order, the guy who was assisting us was continuously interrupted by one of his colleagues who kept commenting and complaining about 1of their colleagues, totally unprofessional especially as he was taking our order and tryin to listen to me, the customer. And then again to complain about the manager who is late, but seriously this was not the time or the place for it. You do not do these sort things in front of customers.
Then after we received our meal we realised there weren't any condoments included in our bag, when asked for some they handed 1 packet of chilli salt and 1 tomato sauce... for all 5 of us. nor were there any serviettes.
And the staff member spoken to had a terrible attitude.
Someone needs to train these staff on customer service!
