Poor Service and Customer Insult

I ordered a Sweet Chilli Twister Regular meal, it took about half an hour to get my meal. I then took my meal home and as I started eating the twister, expecting that it be SWEET chilli (sweet being the operative word) the twister was HOOOOT like pure chilli and the sauce that was used did not look like the one that is usually used in that type of twister. I took it back and kindly explained to the lady that served me that the twister is not what it should be (please note that I always buy that same meal at this KFC and I've never had any complaints about the meal). She then made a circus out of the situation while other customers were laughing, had all her colleagues smell my twister and came back with a bottle of the sauce and publicly declared: "Next time, don't buy things you don't know! This is Hot because it is made of chilli, go to Dallas, Texas and you will get the same thing! You mustn't come and act like you know things when you don't! ". I then asked if I could get another one because I simply cannot eat what they gave me and now that the whole staff touched my food and put their noses in it, I can't take it back, she said to me that if I want another one I "pop" out cash
