Bad customer service

My friend and I both both Twisters two nights ago. We first had to stand around the counter where only one staff member was present. The same staff member (didn't get name), was not paying attention to the customers trying to place an order. After kindly getting her attention she asked what we wanted. I placed an order for the new spicy cheese Twister. She at first could not find the item on the system and therefore had to wait longer. I approximately waited 23 min if not more for my order and there was not alot of other paying customers. I have been to other branches and the same twister would take less than 10 min.

Is this always going to be the case? The other customers also became impatient from waiting so long. The food was excellent tho, just maybe not what i would buy if I'm going to wait that long.
