Rotten patty & Expired cooldrink

Yesterday for lunch, my colleagues and I decided to go to Wimpy.
I decided to get the Wimpy burger with chips, and to drink i got a Sprite Zero. One of my colleagues got the burger on special.
When our food arrived, my colleague had no issues and dove in his food. I took one bite and figured something was off. So first I removed the gherkins and took a second bite after which I discovered that the patty was off. A closer inspection, numerous times smelling it and passing it around the table, my colleagues agreed that it was off.
So I decide to call the waitress who then called the manager.
Many restaurants and places that deal with customers will tell you that the customer is always right. Instead this manager decides to argue with me as if I went all the way there to start trouble. We agreed on two things: 1 since my colleagues patty was fine, I said maybe mine was not cooked properly so cook it again or give me a new one.
Waiter came back with what I thought was a new meal. On closer inspection they had replaced everything except the patty which was off.
To top things off, before we left, we decided to check the Sprite... expired as well.
Bill included burger i didnt eat!
