Missing items from take-aways

Good Day

For the 4th time now, whenever I order through the drive thru, items were missing from my take aways. Firstly there were no tomato sauce, then no salt, no serviettes and officially no chips. Yesterday 08/02/2013 my fiance bought KFC and it added to R116, 60. He payed with a R100 and what he thought was a R20. The R20 was infact a R200 and after returning in 15 minutes time to tell them, the manager on duty said the camera is unclear and she cant cash up or check. To top it off no tomato sauce, salt or even serviettes was served with the take away he ordered. He received a phone call from KFC today to tell him there were no extra money after cashing up. What to do next? It seems to me a lot of inexperienced staff is employed at this branch. The chicken tastes like they marinade it in cooking oil. Please investigate because I'm very disgusted with the service.
