Lack of client service

It was 2 months ago I purchase 3 singer burgers 1 x 6 pieces chicken and 3 bread rolls and 3 half litre coke a lady by the name of Sibongile helped me when I got home 1 coke was not in the packet 1 bread roll was short 1 singer burger short. So was to tired to go back as it was supper time. I also did not have time to go back because I am so busy at work. Today I went there and I stood almost 45 mins to be attended to even the people was getting very upset. So I told a cleaning lady to call the manager he stands far away and asked what I wanted. So when I got to the lady to help me I asked for Sibongile and I told her that she gave me short of my that I purchased she said that she was off. So I gave the lady my order 1 singer burger with extra sauce and 1 medium gravy only. I get 1 reg gravy my burger with no extra sauce when I got to the office I was so upset. I was there during my lunch hour I stood in the qeue for 45 mins and still not happy because the staff do not listen. The lady that helped also called Petrus so that I can talk to him he just ignored her.
Those staff need to know that customers comes first.
