Bad Customer Service

Went to the Outlet to order a meal, not only was the cashier not attentive with my order but made me look stupid .not all of us know or Familiar with the terms or the menu.
but ordered a meal and mistakenly mentioned a term she was not Familiar with, she practically laughed at me and shared what was not a joke with her colleague ..she eventually corrected my terminology.
had she given me the options of the extra sauces available, i would have felt at ease and welcomed

the staff at the sandton city branch are not friendly!!!

disappointed!!
