Bad service

I ordered a Two 2Cheeseburger Meals, 2 Jalapeno sauces and 2 coffees. The First person who helped, Zukisani, got the order wrong and only added 1 meal. the second person who helped, Sigenu did not check my order and when I got it. I got to the car and checked that I have everything but I did not. I could not turn back a second time since I would have been late for work. They did not give me fries with the one meal and they did not give me the Jalapeno sauces either. I am disgusted at their serviceand would like to be compensated for my time as well as the sauces and fries.
