Good morning guys

Yet again I am complaining about the SAME KFC... we went to the new KFC at the Elridge Corner shopping centre in Boksburg (Elizabeth rd), and ordered a Tower Burger and the Boxmaster, yet again the person assisting us did not have a clue what they were doing, eventually she said our order is - R127.00 which is impossible as the hash brown thing is about R50 and the tower burger also about R50.00, when asked why it's so expensive they said because of the tower burger meal, which they said was R77.00, (we again repeated our order to the lady taking the money, and she also said yes, its for 2 burgers, 2 chip and 2 colddrinks) after about 15minutes arguing we left without our order and went to Mcdonalds. When I phoned your customer care nr I was informed that the Power Tower meal is R77.00 and not the Tower burger meal. Obviously the people at Elridge KFC is NOT trained and does not have a clue what is on their menu. Yet again the service was BAD. And Yet again I left without anything to eat. And had to go somewhere else...

Guys this is really ridiculous
